Job Description:
An in-depth 5 month programme, next starting in September 2010. It will lead to a wide range of nationally recognised IT support qualifications. Help will also be offered to secure your first job and Zenos has connections with many leading employers such as Fujitsu, HP EDS-Synstar, NHS and Xerox.

Training Offered:
You will study towards the IT Systems Support NVQ L3, Advanced Diploma for IT Professionals, MCDST ( Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician), CompTIA+ (The Computing Technology Industry Association) - this certificate confirms a technician's ability to perform such tasks as installation, configuration, diagnosing, maintenance, basic networking as well as security, safety, environmental issues and professional communication.

Skills / Qualifications Needed:
GCSE Level A - C Maths & English preferred - however candidates that have a passion for IT and can pass a skills assessment at interview may also be considered. You will be expected to wear business clothes during the course.

Training

Full Time. 9.00 - 5.00 Monday - Friday

EMA + travel expenses for the initial 6weeks £400 per month for the remainder of the Apprenticeship.
