Duties:
This role involves working in a busy fish and chip shop and restaurant in Bury that has an excellent reputation. You will be trained to prepare and cook fish/chips and associated foods including salads, jackets, desserts. You will also have to complete a range of duties in the kitchen and you will be supported and trained up to NVQ Level 2 in Food Processing.

Requirements:
Although not essential, it would be preferable if you had GCSE grades A-C. You must be keen, motivated and articulate. You must be well presented and keen to improve and develop yourself. You must have an interest in catering and be reliable.

Training:
NVQ Level 2 in Food Processing.

Other Information:
20 days holiday per annum plus 8 Bank Holidays.
